Our rate structure is based on the number of guests in your party. Note however that kids 6 years of age or younger stay free at Morning Mist Resort.

Cottage Rentals

Our all-season deluxe cottages are brand new and available for rent on a daily or weekly basis. The cottages are 'move-in' ready and include the following amenities:

• selected cottages have jet-air theurapeutic baths
• screened porch with deck table and chairs
• fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, and microwave

Campsite Rentals
The camping season covers the period from the first weekend in May through to the last weekend in October. All campsites have wireless internet (WiFi) access. Rates are based on double occupancy. Longer term rates are available based on the time of year - please contact us for further details.

Equipment Rentals
Our equipment rental prices include all the required safety equipment plus the gas and oil for motor boats - no hidden costs. We also have fishing gear and supplies available at very reasonable prices.

Charters
Need to tune that waterskiing technique, take the kids tubing, have a group fishing challenge, or simply enjoy a sunset cruise up the Dumoine River? Our 40hp 24ft Smokercraft Pontoon boat or our 185hp 17ft Larson Bowrider is sure to satisfy. Rates include all required safety equipment, but sorry, gas is extra.

Snowmobile Rentals
Enjoy the fabulous winter scenery on one of our guided snowmobile tours. We have a combination of single and double rider sleds. Our rates include gas, oil, insurance, trail permits, and a helmet.

Our Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly resort and encourage our guests to bring their pets along for the trip. Pets are allowed in our trailer and cottage accommodations; however, we do apply a pet surcharge to cover the additional cleaning required ($5 per day or $25 per week per pet). We also ask our pet owners to abide by the following guidelines for the enjoyment of all of our guests:

• pets are to be kept on a leash at all times (maximum 6ft)
• cleaning up after your pet is the expected practice
• pets are not to be left alone at your campsite or in a trailer/cottage under any circumstance
• pets are not allowed in the swimming area - we have a designated beach area for pets
• pets are not allowed in the washrooms at any time

The Fine Print
Our minimum stay policy applies to all advance reservations made prior to 30 days ahead of your scheduled arrival date. We would be happy to accept shorter term reservations of any duration, subject to availability.

• All cottages rent from Saturday - Saturday during our July/August peak period.
• All trailer rentals have a minimum two night stay during our July/August peak period.
• All reservations have a minimum three night stay during holiday weekends.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit to hold any reservation.

Camping is a wonderful outdoor experience. We do not give refunds for early departure or inclement weather. Our ability to re-rent the accommodation or campsite is limited based on the notice provided; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations.

The following refund policy applies to cancelled reservations based on the notice given in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Note we have a minimum cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.

• more than 60 days - full deposit refunded less one night's stay
• 30 to 60 days - 50% of deposit refunded
• less than 30 days - no deposit refunded

Check-in / Check-out Times

It is important to us that our campsites and rental units are clean and ready when our guests arrive and we suggest the following check in/out guidelines:

Accomodations:

• Check-in no earlier than 3:00PM
• Check-out no later than 10:00AM

Camping:

• Check-in no earlier than 1:00PM
• Check-out no later than 12:00 Noon

Please inform us if you desire alternate arrangements.

Other Notable Items

A maximum of one camper/RV OR two sleeping tents is permitted per campsite.

Note we do not permit sleeping tents to be erected on any of our accomodation sites (cottage or trailer rentals).
